It's been awhile... and the reason for the hiatus is because I am pregnant and suffered from the dreaded -morning sickness-!
Much thanks to first trimester hiding its nasty ugly monster face and the help of my oils I have made it safely into the second trimester!
Unfortunately I have been dealing with the much dreaded pregnancy tension headaches and the ONLY thing getting me through is the oh so lovely Valor essential oil!
